Screen resolution: With the exception of IngenPool, which can also accommodate a 800 x 600 resolution, our softwares are designed for the standard 1024 x 768 screen resolution. A minimum of 256 color setting is expected.

Processor: No minimum requirement. Newer processor recommended for decent data processing speed.

Hard disk space: On average, 5meg of hard disk space is required, plus data storage, which varies with the amount of data saved in the various supporting database.

Memory: Memory requirement at runtime is approximately 5 meg.

Optional: Sound card and printer are optional, but recommended to take advantage of all the features.

Installation: Since the basic runtime components already exist on most modern PCs, we do not distribute them with the basic recommended installation packages. Although, if you receive a message similar to "A required file, MSVBVM60.DLL was not found" when running a software, you need to install the Visual Basic 6 runtime files. You may install these runtime files by downloading and installing the free Runtime Files package available from Microsoft and from our website.
